For as long as she can remember, Paulin has been someone who naturally brings people and ideas together. Connecting with others, creating space for collaboration, and matching the right talents with the right opportunities has always been her thing - long before it became her profession.
Today, she works as a freelance PR and Talent Manager based in Berlin, supporting brands and creators who want to communicate more authentically, build meaningful relationships, and run projects with intention and structure.
