The Brief Belina Bellwood is a creator and talent with a distinct voice and growing presence across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Paulin came on board as her talent manager to bring structure, strategy, and the right partnerships to her career allowing Belina to focus on her creative work while Paulin handled the business side.

What I Did

• Managed day-to-day communication with brands, agencies, and collaborators on Belina's behalf

• Identified and negotiated brand deals aligned with her personal brand and values

• Built and maintained relationships with key industry contacts across fashion, beauty, crafting and lifestyle

• Developed a strategic overview of Belina's positioning to attract long-term, meaningful partnerships rather than one-off deals

The Result Over the course of our collaboration, Belina secured multiple brand partnerships with types of brands, e.g. Maison Margiela, ASOS, Issey Miyake and H&M. Her professional profile and online presence grew significantly.
