NOWRUBI RUNWAY SHOW — CONFIDENTIAL‍ ‍PR & Guest Management — Berlin

The Brief Nowrubi is a fashion label with a strong creative identity. For their runway show, Paulin was brought in to manage the communications part of the project from the ground up: coordinating the communications strategy while protecting the brand's vision and ensuring a professional, international event.

What I Did

• Coordinated the guest list with a focus on the right press, industry, and community presence in the room

• Managed all show communications, successfully driving engagement and generating significant buzz across social media and digital outlets

• Acted as central point of contact on the day, managing vip coordination, guest list management, and any last-minute decisions

The Result The show was delivered on time and on brand. Over 300 guests attended, including press, buyers and industry contacts.
